a. Account Registration When you register for our services, we may ask you for current contact information, including your Name, E-Mail address, and telephone number.
b. Payment Information When you link your financial information, it is sent to our third-party payment processor. We do not save your financial information on our systems, although subscription records may be maintained by our third party payment processor.

a. Cookies and Other Tracking Systems When you use our Services, our Systems and Websites gather specific information automatically and store them in log files. Furthermore, our Systems collect certain information automatically from you, including Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses, browser type, Internet service provider ("ISP"), location data, referring pages, date/time stamp, landing page, and referring URL. To collect such information, a cookie may be set on your computer/device when you visit any of our Services. The cookie contains information that allows our servers to recognise you. The log files and cookies allow us to record your preferences. Your cookie preferences can be viewed/modified on any public Ahmesen website by clicking on "Privacy" and viewing the "Cookie Settings". We only track your usage across Ahmesen-owned websites and do not exchange information with any third party not explicitly mentioned. Service Usage When using our services, we may automatically collect some information, including but not limited to Processor, Memory, and Storage usage of your deployments on our hardware, your navigation of our services, and system metrics. We use this data to operate our Services, improve your experience, ensure the security of our Systems and Services, and provide customer support.

Third Party Services When you link a third-party account to our Systems (i.e. Github OAuth), we will recieve certain information from that service, including but not limited to: An Authentication token, your username, and your E-Mail Address. Should you desire to limit the information available to us, please consult with the privacy settings of the Third-Party Provider.

Ahmesen secures the information collected on our services in a controlled, secure environment. We maintain safeguards to protect against unauthorised access, use, modeification, or disclosures of this data.
Wherever possible, Ahmesen uses industry-standard encryption standards when communicating, transferring or transmitting your data. Wherever possible/applicable, Ahmesen customer deployments also have free access to TLS certificates from "Let's Encrypt".
No data transmission across the internet or wireless network can be guaranteed as 100% secure. Ahmesen strives to protect your information, however there are security and privacy limitations of the internet, which are beyond our control. Information and Data may be viewed or tampered with while in-transit by a third party, despite our best efforts.
We retain personal data collected where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, such as prividing you with a Service you have requested, or to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or other similar requirements.
When there is no longer a legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will delete it. If this is not possible in certain scenarios (such as your data being stored in backup archives), we will isolate your data securely from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Should you terminate your account, all not-public data is to be deleted in a reasonable and timely manner. Currently, Ahmesen has no ability for users to participate in any public acitivty, but if this is added in the future, then certain public activity may remain stored on our servers, albeit anonymised.
