As part of our effort to better strengthen our network for Reliability, Costs, and Performance, we are currently migrating across physical server hardware as such:

• Our Control Panel is being migrated, and may be unavailable at times. This should not affect the uptime of servers that are not being migrated at the moment.

• All servers based in the HAG11 region will be migrated onto new hardware within the HAG region.

• All servers based in the FSN1 region will temporarily be migrated to our new Toronto (TOR3) Region. You will then be provided the option to migrate your servers to HAG, or to our new Birmingham Region (BHX2).

Please note that IP addresses will change for all affected servers

We apologise for any inconveniences that this may bring, and are committed to providing the most stellar experience to our customers. We expect overall downtime to remain minimal, and you will be able to request credit for any downtimes.
